Ava Laughton

Ava joined the F&C team in September 2023 as our Saturday girl, along side completing an agricultural course at Orkney College.

Ava now works 4 days a week with us and splits her time between reception and as an Animal Care Assistant.

Outside of work she enjoys working on the family farm and showing her own flock of sheep. Along side her sheep she also has a dog, Balfour and two cats, Miss Tippy Toes and Maggie to keep her busy. Ava is an active member of East Mainland Young farmers and has competed for Orkney District at the Highland Show in the junior stock judging team.

She loves working with such a caring team and enjoys learning on the job and helping care for our patients.
